Yeah, I've noticed that too, it didn't have that problem before tho. But then again, I'm not sure if it's the website I see gifs on (tumblr) or actually Chrome that is the evil in the equation ^^''

^{For me, it's not only tumblr, it's ANY gifs that are running on the page no matter what website it is. I tried uninstalling it, but it still continues. It's even doing it on my other computer.

I hope it gets fixed.}

Yeah, I have some strange issues on some computers as well, no browser is perfect
